I started The Nursing Breakthrough because I saw too many talented nurses questioning themselves after rejection after rejection, not because they lacked the skills to succeed, but because they didn't know how to navigate today's competitive hiring process. My mission is to help nurses gain confidence, tell their story with purpose, and walk into every application and interview knowing they're presenting the best version of themselves.
