Throughout my nursing career, I’ve worked in different specialities that include the ED, SICU, OR, and most recently the PACU. During this time I’ve also participated in nursing interview panels, giving me firsthand insight into what hiring teams look for and what helps candidates stand out.

I created The Nursing Breakthrough after seeing talented nurses struggle to communicate their value on paper and during interviews. Many already have the compassion, clinical foundation, and potential employers want…they simply need help telling their story.
